MOROCCO | Dakar Rally training

In October we were in Morocco. Morocco is a country in northern Africa, to the west of Algeria, and to the north of Mauritania. Ryanair has a direct flight from Budapest to Marakech. The flight is 4.5 hours long. We rented a car at the airport. The first evening, we visited Marakech and had dinner at a traditional Moroccan restaurant.

On the second day we travelled 9 hours through the Atlas Mountains.

We had lunch in Ouarzazate.

We arrived at the desert in the evening. It was a big surprise that there was a bed and a toilet in the tent :)))

After breakfast we drove in sand. It was very difficult. The desert was beautiful. It was 32 degrees.

We slept two nights at Chegaga Berber campsite.

Then we went to Ait Ben Haddou. The magician city is more than 1000 years old. Many famous films were shot here.
